New user Z-Wave and Domoticz

Hi everyone. I have just started in this big business and I was wondering if there is any manual/guide to follow as a new user.

After reading a plenty of posts and topics I have decided to buy a Aeotec usb stick (Gen 5) to use with my new brand Raspberry pi 3.

I have another question which is... What´s the difference between Z-Wave and OZW?

I would appreciate your help as for me this is all new. I´m looking forward to setting up my new Raspberry Pi 3.
