Hi everyone,

I'm very happy with domoticz and the plugin to use xiaomi gateway and sensors, it's really good work

however I'm experiencing a new problem like follows:
first I made some tests at home with a gateway, some sensors, some power socket running on a raspberry and everything was fine

today I tried moving to another system like that at my parent's place but I cannot have the devices connected to the gateway detected properly
I have 2 temp+hum sensors and 5 power plugs, but this is what I see

the power plugs are NOT detected as switches anymore as in my first tests,
what's going on ??

there must really be something wrong, I didn't experience any problem like this in my tests with previous system
what's going on ?

I've tried already to reboot and to delete and add again the xiaomi gateway but these problems still happening

please help

here I am again,

the problem in my previous post was just caused by wrong ip changed after reboot, so now I guess communication is
ok but the problem is in the wrong detection of device type as you can see below:

model is reported "plug" but General/Voltage (Xiaomi Voltage) is detected in place of plug or power plug

Hi guys
Anyone an idea how to get my installation working. Haven't gotten further then in my last post (see below).
As I did get it to work on a raspyzero, but not on my main raspi3, I made a database backup of the raspi3 and loaded that on the zero. Without a problem I could install the gateway and could control the switches! Then I backed up this database and restored it back on the raspi3.
Unfortunately, still the same error. It appears to be related to my raspi 3.

No idea what the problem is. Solution might be just a complete new installation. For now I'll just tinker around with my zero. Like the idea of having a stably running main system, with a small satellite for tinkering.

I see the same issue as @aldodemi - Compiled the latest (as of 1 hr ago) version from @corbin github, the audio devices appear but nothing happens when I select (shows it should be playing in domoticz, but there is no sound).

Log doesn't show any response - does it need any additional parameter somewhere to turn up the log level?

Ok for the sound, even to me it's not working but what about the other sensor with the new firmware?

Have you try to remove and re-add? Maybe with a different password (everytime the app generate a new one).

The voltage devices are removed in the next update to Xiaomi Gateway (this is not in the offical beta yet)

Try my latest github update, and delete the Xiaomi Gateway audio devices as they will need to be rediscovered.

But i cant see new Hardware Parts, no Lux, no Alarm, no Power Plug consumed.
I need only Power Value from the Plugs.
Why Domotics shows no new Hardware ?

If you have find the root cause yourself please tell us so we don't fell in the same pit as you.

so my problem will be solved when beta is updated?

or should I revert to an older beta version?
I didn't have this problem when I started my tests,
but how to downgrade on raspberry ?
