It is possible to switch on electric boiler if kwh price is low in Nordspool Spot.

I don't see why not. If you have a relay switch that can be controlled remotely (ZWave, IP, etc.) you'd need to create a script to read in the Noord Pool spot prices, apply some logic and either turn boiler on or off. I'm not sure how useful this would be as this is a daily spot rate, so if the spot price is higher than your 'on' price for an extended period, you'd never heat the water...unless this is a combination system where you are using an alternative source (solar, gas, etc.)
