Fedora 25 install tutorial

While working on my QuinLED project (or see here) and making a new tutorial on how to use QuinLED within Domoticz, I decided to also make a video about installing Domoticz on a fresh Fedora 25 server! I go through all the steps from downloading the source from GitHub to creating a user and startup script!
