1st reason: You cannot nest "If" blocks in Blockly
2nd reason: You must have at least 1 "else if" if you use the block with the blue symbol. For a single If-do, use the other block.

Try re-constructing using If - Else if.....

Why the time doesn't work : scene is on at 20:08 ?!

Hi, you still have nested blocks. Also the construction has empty sections. Here is an example that works and is constructed correctly:-

I use the timers in the Auto switch to control the active periods. It can be easier than dealing with the blockly times.
As Domoticz ends the day at 00:00, then your time blocks should use "Or" instead of "And".

Nested:- "If" block in another "if" block.
