2 FIBARO System FGWPE Wall Plug but diffrent on energy SOLVED

FIBARO System FGWPE Wall Plug (FGWPE/F-102)
From Z-waes Nodes it's node id 3 and 14

if we look at IDX 24 we can see here it's have kWh for this device

this is the second device and on this it's missing kWh info

I was running on a raspberry pi using Razberry as Z-wave controller
and both was working before I moved to Windows
I have also read data from both and compared them and they are same
What can I do fix this ?
any tips

as you can see "49. Metering energy consumed by the Wall Plug itself:" is activated

then look now in list it has pop up a new item in list long time after I add and updated setting
I don't know how or why
