Update SD Image

Post by emme »

Ciao,

it might be possible di update the SD Image with also Python 3 on it?

since it is going to be a 'core' part of it... I'm getting some issues working only with 2.5
ciao
M

P.S.
sudo install python3 of course works... but it misses all libraries.. like urllib2, json, time... and pip3 seems to be not available

There will be no sdcard release anymore
the default install is now

Code: Select all

sudo curl -L install.domoticz.com | bash
best to grab yourself the latest raspbian image (jessie)

Maybe someone can write a nice wiki page with small install instructions for specific libraries

It is pity, however I believe I have to choose Jessie Lite ( I would like to move from Raspberry B+ to Raspberry 3), perhaps my current SD card suit to raspberry 3, so a lot of questions about migration : reinstall wiringpi, python, owfs...
