WiDom Energy Driven Switch WPM 1.04

Post by panser »

Hi,

I am using this switch to measure energy on a heating device. I works perfectly for a week or two (reporting V, A and W (also KWH) before it freezes in the same voltage, ampere and wattage. Does anyone else have this switch and problem?
Only way to fix it, is to exclude and include the device.

Thanks in advance

When it is not on the list..
You have a Zwave that can act strange in the Openzwave network..
Perhaps you can make it work in openzwave, and give them the config files.
Or go to the Openzwave forum to post your cfg....

Hello,

I can confirm the exact same problem with my wiDom Energy Driven Switch - all values freeze after some time. I tried numerous different configuration paramenters, but haven't found any fix for it.

I contacted the manufacturer about this issue and their support was really excellent - they noticed I was still on an old firmware (1.31) and they sent me their current one (1.32). After the update all problems were solved for me, all values continue to update at the specified intervals.

Hi, I am also on the 1.31. May you please send me the 1.32 firmware, and how do you update it?
Thanks
