@ropske
For understanding your problem, please explain how your electricity-values are measured:
P1-meter at grid-interface, or 'own' kWh-meter?
Is it only Consumption, or is it Consumption & Return due to PV-Production?
What is the change in the numbers if you look a few days?

Set1 = RPI-Zero+RFXCom433+S0PCM+Shield for BMP180/DS18B20/RS485+DDS238-1ZNs
Set2 = RPI-3A++RFLinkGTW+ESP8266s+PWS_WS7000
Common = KAKUs+3*PVLogger+PWS_TFA_Nexus
plus series of 'satellites' for dedicated interfacing, monitoring & control.

OWL CM180 Single phase OK, but question related to application of the meter is unanswered:
at what cable are you measuring the Power/Energy?
In other words, is the meter fitted between a device and the 230V-network, or other configuration?
What type of device?
