Huawei E398 Web Dongle Interface

I'm a beginner with Domoticz, although not with programming. Today I received 3 Banggood temp sensors to connect to my recently bought Rfxcom unit and I am receiving data from them. I need to install this system in a remote house in the mountains (with ups) to ensure that when/if the heating fails that i get a warning text message. I searched the forum for words which I thought might give me the necessary information to connect this GSM dongle to Domoticz but was unsuccessful. Can someone please point me in the right direction either which words to search on or even some guidance.
