Fibary FGMS001 motion sensor not reporting temp

I've seen a number of topics, and also made a number of posts on this but so far i haven't come up with a solution.

I can confirm that the device used to work, but has refused to report temp readings for a number of weeks. I have replaced the battery to no effect.

I have checked the settings and they are all fine:

60. Temp report threshold: 10
62. Interval of temp measure: 600
64. Temp report interval: 600
66. Temp Offset: 0

It is reporting motion and LUX levels correctly.

Question1: Can anyone suggest how I can get the sensor to start reporting temp again?

Question2: One suggestion is to factory reset the sensor. What steps do I need to take to get this to still work with my Domoticz afterwards?
