New plugin for Sofabaton X2 (through MQTT)

[EscApe]

I wrote a plugin integrating the Sofabaton X2 into Domoticz.

As always I have used examples from the community to get started. Cannot really remember what I read first, so I can only credit and give thanks to the entire community of tinkerers and real programmers around Domoticz.
