Webgui beta update on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS fails Topic is solved

I have a test system with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS on X86_64 architecture and the last week it fails to update over webgui (probably after reverting to SysV service method)
A restart of the service over Command line gets it working again.
Also a updatebeta over command line goes fine. It is juist the update over webhui.

The webgui update succeeds until the scripts wants to start Domoticz again.
Running "sudo service domoticz status" ends with:

 sudo[799970]: pam_unix(sudo:session): session closed for user root

I currently have no domoticz hardware gateways, no scripts running so it is a completely silent environment.
There is already a currently closed github issue because I thought it was solved but now I still have this issue.

After the switch back to SysV i don't have issues when updating through the web ui. The only thing is that sometimes the counter reach 100, then after a few seconds the dashboard is back with the updated version of the beta.
I am running Domoticz on a Rpi3B+ Trixie.

Issue is fixed. It should update to beta now perfectly again (at least mine does)

I have try'd the webupdate but it goes to 100% and does not come back online.

My service file looks like this;

My system is a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.2
with Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)

The next update I will look further,
For now updated from command line runs fine.

Webgui update does not support systemd service.
You have to use the Sysv (init.d) method.

I remember now I have to update the wiki as some weeks ago it was switched to systemd but failed somehow for updates so it was decided to go back to Sysv.

I thought the init.d-method was deprecated.

I believe that it works easier with systemd, but its just a opinion.
