Devices are missing after v2026.4 update

I am on a Windows platform and was using an old v2024.6. I finally decided to update to latest version.
First I created a backup and then I downloaded the installer and just installed to latest version - v2026.4.

Everything seems to work. All devices, users, Blockly etc.are there and fully working. But in the Devices tab all devices are missing.

My question is, how do I get all my devices back in?

Did you first try to open this page in "incognito" mode to check whether or not it's a cache issue?
