Some updated to the Dynamic Dashboard

New widgets & capabilities

Custom Chart – combine multiple sensors on one free-form chart. Now also supports Voltage,
Current and Percentage (average) sensors, and a per-device metric selector so you can choose
exactly which value of a multi-sensor device to plot (Auto / Temperature / Humidity / Barometer /
Setpoint).
Wind chart – new "week" chart type.

Widget improvements

Gauge – now supports Alert sensors: the gauge uses the alert level (0–4) for the
value and colour zones (green → red) and shows the alert text inside the dial.
Dial (setpoint) – click the centre value to open a popup for precise numeric entry; dragging
the ring still sets the value as before. The cursor now reflects what a click does (edit vs. drag).
Barometer – optional always-on 24-hour pressure trend graph, and the pressure value now
links straight to the barometer log.
Stat Counter – optional 24-hour trend graph, plus a metric selector for multi-value sensors.
Picking a metric drives both the big number and the trend, and gives a clean value for combined
Temp/Hum/Baro sensors.
Quick Actions – blind buttons now include a Stop button (where supported) and a position
slider for percentage-capable blinds.

Fixes

Custom Chart temperature axis now shows the configured unit (°C / °F) instead of just a degree
symbol.
Rain chart "Last 24h" view renders the rate and cumulative series again (was blank).
P1 Smart Meter gas widget now shows the usage bar.

After updating from beta 18016 to 18035 the bargraph is placed in the values. Problem is in the dynamic dashboard, stat counter widget, default theme, also in Nightglass. It would be nice if i could drop a screenshot here to make it clear...

Screenshots are not available for users in this post (I think because it it part of the section "News & Updates"). It is because of quota limit that should not be exaggerated.

Workaround: Post an issue at Github

and place the Screenshot there. And maybe even link at this forum to the respective issue (including screenshot).

It's a step forward from the dynamic dashboard that I've been using since the beginning and after a testing period I could say a few things:

I hope that in the future all widgets will have the "Show panel background" option, that there will be more options for quick actions buttons (for example, how many buttons to display on a row, maybe a larger icon), the thermostat widget would be nicer if it looked like the one in the popup.
I think it would be useful to have the option, for example, in quick actions to navigate between dashboards.
In the Energy Dashboard, even if you leave only 2 cards active, the widget does not support resize in width. Perhaps more customization would be needed for resize in general.

It's a personal opinion, anyway, thanks to the developers.

First a massive thank you to the development team for the brilliant Dynamic Dashboard. This is by far the greatest improvement in Domoticz since I started using it in 2019!

(I'm using the stable release version 2026.3)

I did run into a few bugs however, maybe they can be put on a list to fix them in future releases?

In the Weather Widget the switch "Show panel background" does not work, it always displays the panel background.
In the Rain chart the range type "Last 24h" actually shows the "Short log", in my case 7 days.
The Stat Counter has the option to show the trend graph of the last 24h, but it actually shows a graph of the short log
The Stat Counter trend graph does not work for some device types.
For me it worked with:
- Usage/Electric
- General/Counter Incremental
- RFXMeter/RFXMeter counter
It did not work with:
- General/custom sensor
- General/Waterflow
In the Custom Chart, if you show a graph of a device "General/kWh", the scale (y-axis) is a factor of 1000 too big (shows kWh instead of Wh).
For some graph types, the left y-axis label is invisible (cut from the picture, because it is positioned too far to the left, outside the widget boundaries). This happens for the types:
- Temperature Graph
- Rain Chart

And some improvement requests.

The Custom Chart does not have the range option "Short log". Can that be added?
The Custom Chart does not have the switch "Show panel background". Can that be added?
The Energy Dashboard Widget does not have the switch "Show panel background". Can that be added?
In a Custom Chart, if you plot a graph of a device "General/kWh" you only get hourly energy values, but the log of such a device also has a continuous yellow line, displaying power (W). Can it be made possible to display this power line of a General/kWh device in a custom chart.

And finally a question:

I can't get the dynamic dashboard to work on my Android phone in the mobile view. I can only see the old default dashboard. It only works if I force the loading of the Desktop version. I don't know if this is a bug or intended functionality? How can I use this fantastic Dynamic Dashboard on my phone as well?

You don't have to tell your smartphone browser to load the desktop version. Instead you have to choose "ForceDesktop" instead of "Auto detect" in the system setup "Mobile" under the section "User interface".

And some of your findings and request might already be fixed or implemented in latest beta version or work in progress. Check the GitHub issues.

I agree with what you said. Regarding the mobile part of the dynamic dashboard, in order to be properly formatted on mobile, it must receive a responsive design, otherwise the widgets will not be formatted correctly.

I also wish to have everything perfectly responsive on all kind of screen resolutions. But I could imagine, that it is highly sophisticated, especially in case of arrangement of the widgets towards each other. Especially taking into account, that every widget can be individually adjusted by size or number of visible items etc.

As a workaround, I have made two separate dashboards. One for the smartphone in portrait mode and one for tablet and PC in landscape mode. As a down side, this means double maintenance of course, but it works quite well for me for the time beeing.

When adding an embedded website to the Dynamic Dashboard, I get this message:

"Script execution enabled. Only embed trusted content."

Is there a way not to show this message?
It is correct that script execution is enabled and it is embedded from a trusted source (local network).
