deConz: Likely 503 Over Quota Error Topic is solved

Since today I receive the following in the error-log:

Likely 503 Over Quota Error

This application is temporarily over its serving quota. Please try again tomorrow.

is this something I myself can fix, besides waiting till tomorrow (it's related to lightswitches, so I prefer them working tonight)

On last plugin version the message is more explicit.
But lot of chance was just because the deconz server was off line, if you don't use it you can disable the discovery on Phoscon, on gateway/advanced parameter, you will have a 100% local working mode, but you will loose some features (like the domotiz embed front end)
