I don't know much of this stuff, but what I see is that the presented xml is not well formatted. Somewhere it says : "revolutions per m³". The ³ is not valid in UTF. Besides that it says twice `Set Gas Metering mode´ while the second time it should be something like ´Set Electricity Metering mode´.

I agree that the function of this feature is not clear for a newby, at least not for me.

Another way to deal with this problem is give an expolaination of this feature in the manual or on the wiki.
