You could achieve this by disabling Hardware Monitor .

In Domoticz, go to Hardware,
then select the line corresponding to "Motherboard Sensors" Type,
then un-check the "enable" check box,
and press the "update" button.

A line " Hardware Monitor: Stopped... " will appear in the log.
