Same here, created a new virtual switch. Changed it to be of type Selector and selected an icon. After you save and return to the Edit view of the switch the GUI is not complete, incorrect, not functioning. You cannot set levels and/or actions. Running latest greatest beta of this moment. And also, 31 lux in the bedroom and 17 lux in the guest room also seem too low to me. Certainly during day time. Do those sensors also reach higher values (>1000) or do they also stick to the low range values?
