Thanks Madgeni. I tried but Google said "I'm afraid an error occured while syncing Home Controlicz" - strange :/ ...but I can control all the devices already present in google home app.

I add new devices but Google Home cannot see it although Alexa discovered it and I can control it with her. Is there any google command to resync it similar to Alexa's: "Alexa, discover devices"?

As Alexsmire wrote: you can't switch it in Domoticz but you CAN switch it in OpenZWave Control Panel.
Vera has also issue with on/off see here and SmartThings Hub too.

Don't worry fixeon it's propably normal. I have remote control (Aeotec Key Fob) and it also doesn't show any connection to controller. Nevertheless it works with controller's scenes correctly

Egregius: SWITCH_MULTILEVEL command class is unfortunately not supported by Philio nor D-link. I'd like also to know how to send that specific notification (0x06) to sound ie. door chime.

I am solving the same problem here with D-link DCH-Z510 (the same HW).

I can say that D-link DCH-Z510 is the same as Philio PSE02 and Zipato Siren. All have the same documentation and specification.

I have that Z-wave LED RGBW Lamp - ZW098 from Aeotec. I can answer your questions:
1. no. It is like any other z-wave device. You just secure include the lamp and then you can control on/off and set a color from Domoticz. See my post here .

I solved the issue with red title bar of my Vision ZP3102 PIR motion sensor "Pokoj alarm...". I choose "another row" from Devices list to indicate PIR's motion which is not red in Dashboard.

first of all update to newest version 2.3790. To do that you must enable beta updates (In Setup|Application settings tick "Check for Updates" and select Beta channel).
Exclude PIR and include again. Then send here a devices list (Setup>Devices).

Polling should be disabled for this ...

I have included Aeotec Led Bulb Gen5 to my Domoticz. I am able to switch it on/off, dim it and change the color. I'd like to know if anyone knows how can I set a colour transition in Domoticz? Manual says it can do that.

There are several of them in my Domoticz and all are with red title bar. Can somebody explane to me why? Battery is ok and sensor works ...
