Trying to turn on two lights with a rolling timer based on movement
Hi..this works, but the timer doesn't restart each time there is movement..it does 1 minute then quickly turns off then back on again (assuming movement is constant). Got brain freeze on how to make it work...or maybe need to use a different option?

Re: Upgrading Philips Hue
Solved...did the upgrade and used the Philips app to transfer settings fro V1 to V2 Hue Bridge and then changed the IP address of the new V2 hub to match the V1 original. Worked a treat and no changes need in Domoticz.

Upgrading Philips Hue
Have a V1 Hue Bridge (round) connected to Domoticz setup and planning on updating it to V2 (square). Know I can transfer across the settings between the two Hue but will I loose all my settings in Domoticz and have to setup the Hue lights again?

Re: homebridge-edomoticz Plugin
Got a strange issue with motion sensors. Have a couple of 433mhz setup in Domoticz which work fine. Can see them in HomeKit but only see status changes when I quit Reload HomeKit app. Domoticz shows status changes but not HomeKit (unless close and open HomeKit). Anyone else seen this? Am running ...

Re: homebridge-edomoticz Plugin
Anyone having issues with Domoticz / eDomotics / Homebridge use with Nest? If I make changes within Domoticz to the temp then there are no issues. If I make the change within Homekit I get multiple inputs showing in the log and Domoticz becomes very slow for a period of time. Have other devices on ...

Re: Smart PIR Script Lua
Got another question about the script and trying to refine it. Have some lights set to switch on when it is "Nightime", which works great, but wondered if there was a way of extending Nightime to be and hour before sunset and an hour after sunrise. There is a period of the day where is is dark but ...

Hi,
I was getting rainfall data from wunderground up until 13th December and since then nothing has come through. Have tried different locations and still getting the same.
Anyone else having issues with this?

Re: Siri / HomeKit support for Domoticz
Hello, I am new to Domoticz and I am eager to learn! I am trying to set up Homebridge on my Raspberry Pi but I need to understand some things first. 1. In the default "config.json", there is no "Bridge" configuration with the MAC address and all. Is it compulsory to add this bridge config? 2. What ...

Re: Updated Sonos TTS (PHP)
Sorry, am a bit of a novice on PHP. Have Domoticz running on a Pi2, am also running Homebridge on the PI and using domoticz.js to do voice control of lighting via home kit and it works well. My key goal is to have the weather forecast for Edinburgh played each morning at a set time in my house (have ...

Olle, looks like it's the same as mine. Have some suggestions to solve it on another thread, although I have not tried it yet.

Re: RisingSun Remote Transmitter
Thanks Bert. Does anyone know how I can turn the transmitter into a switch in Domoticz (Bert advised me that it shows as Lighting4 which is used by many different brands and it is therefore not possible to decode these commands as on/off like Nexa AC or ARC data)? Would like to use the transmitter ...

RisingSun Remote Transmitter
Does anyone know if the RisingSun Transmitter that comes with the Remote Sockets can work with Domoticz? Managed to get the sockets working in Domoticz without any major issues but can't get Domoticz to recognise the transmitter (wanted to add it as an input device). I suspect that RFXtrx433e does ...

Re: Nexa WMR 252 and RFXCOM
Hi Olle, could be that WMR 252 operates the same as HomeEasy switches. If you send a second "on" signal when the switch is already on, then you start a dimmer up/down cycle and when you send another "on" during the cycle, then the switch will stop dimming at that level.
