First thing that comes to mind is you try to start the cli as root during early phase of startup and it therefore can't find the config file. Easily solved by setting the config file location explicitly but ...

I've solve the problem by a complete reinstall of Raspbian, Domoticz and gigasetelemnts-cli.
Now it works but sometimes the client fail with an HTTP ERROR 401 or 500 (saw in the log file).
Any ideas ?

The 500 error is most likely on server ...
