Nevermind, enabled polling on the device and data is flowing in. Strange because I didn't have to enable it before.

Ok, there's clearly an issue either with Domoticz or OZW because thee device isn't automatically queried even though it's wakup interval is 900. When I manually refresh the device in the OZW control panel, the wattage consumption gets calculated/updated. But if I check out the device under utilities ...
