while setting the domoticz loglevel to 2, I just noticed it loaded only 1 plugin which was the I2C sensor of my motherboard, and no other plugin, and then I noticed that my plugin dir was not with the uid and gid of domoticz...
now I can see the plugin started in the logs:

I've installed domoticz (2025.1) on a fedora box, with a Z-wave hub and a SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus | ZBDongle-E
The Z-ware dongle is running fine, but I cant get running the Zigbee hub due to the Z4D plugin not starting

I only have the Domoticz logs:
