In response to jpvaneijk I am running a fresh install of Bullseye on a RPi 3 and DZGA-Flask. I had previously installed Bookworm, thought the issue was the OS and reverted back to Bullseye. I only managed to get everything working with DZGA-Flask v23.9. Previously I could not launch the web inerface.

After the latest update, I can now access the user interface and see my Domoticz devices.
