I think the same, no TLS support in Mqtt-Mapper. And my battery only accept secure MQTT.....

I had the same issue yesterday when I updated to the latest beta, build 16319. New devices were created.
But I think some Netstmo bugs were fixed in this beta. I will wait and see…

There is something wrong with the calculation for the widget Netatmo Rain. The total rain is correct but the rainrate is showing wrong value. Today I updated to 16265. I deleted old Netatmo hardware/devices, then added the Netatmo Hardware again following the above description.
