Anyone knows if I can get the list of devices through mqtt?
I am trying to build a home skill for ALexa using IoT
the send commands is pretty easy
The only thing I am missing is to get a list of all devices in MQTT

Hi I have a fibaro dimmer in domoticz and I try to use it from alexa, the turn on /off command work fine
but the dim command fail

I use both the desktop an mobile versions.
Do you think you could differentiate the switch types. eg I have many contact switches representing doors and windows, motion detectors that show as switches et.

well one of them is the Fibaro RGBW shown as type Lighting Limitless/Applamp RGBW
and the other one is a fibaro dimmer shown as Light/Switch Switch

I am not sure I follow gismocuz the topic you post to the one you subscribe can be different Why do you care who posted it. It is an event in the mqtt that you either subscribe, so you do something about it cause someone posted something for you or post to some other location for everyone else to do ...
