no one knows how to create blinds with setup icon? Please help... thx

Hi all, I'm having trouble adding blinds by image. I do not know how to add another blinds with the options set (sun/wind). Original type is RFY,RFY,Blinds, new light/switch... I can't find the procedure anymore...
