Re: Evohome temperatures stopped working
Sorry to jump on an old thread but I have a similar issue. All looks OK on the dashboard (temperatures are all normal) but I'm getting repeated errors in the log since I updated to 2023.2: 2023-10-30 08:21:54.213 Error: Evohome : evohome: unknown command 0100 2023-10-30 08:22:24.361 Error: Evohome ...

backup produces empty file
If I select 'Backup' from the 'Backup/Restore Database' on the settings tab, I get prompted to download a file. However, the resulting file is empty. I assume this isn't expected behaviour - what might be going wrong? Where is the database stored? I'm running V2021.1 on Windows 10. Thanks for any ...

Re: Windows permissions & startup
Yes, it starts. Doesn't fix the permissions problem and nor does shutting it down and restarting manually. It's odd as I can write to the folder and it's started undrr my user.

Windows permissions & startup
I've installed Domoticz on a Windows 10 PC and all seemed to be going well and I left it ticking over. However, when I came to look at it again a day or two ago, I find that I'm getting errors writing the backup files (well over a week) and it looks like Domoticz.db hasn't changed for the same ...

Re: Domoticz App
Hello, Can anyone assist me on how to fill the server details in the iOS app? Please! From my experience, put the IP address and port in the relevant fields. leave Username and Password blank. Then verify the settings. That worked for me, once I's got the Windows firewall out of the way on the ...

Re: remote access via browser or app
OK.. so I have answered my own question. The problem was that the Windows box had the network defined as a public network. The Domoticz installation had added firewall rules allowing access from private networks but blocking public networks. Even when I added a rule for port 8080 for both types of ...

remote access via browser or app
I'm new to Domoticz and have just installed it on a Windows 10 system. I now want to access it from another device on my local network (laptop or iPad) and I'm struggling. I've added the local subnet in the Settings/Networks area and added a user with view options and I can connect locally using the ...

Re: Possible to run in docker on Synolgy?
From my limited experience, installing packages in Docker on Synology is not straightforward. Is there a step by step guide to do it?
