Closed and reopen but nothing appear... I need to reload the config

I have upgraded Domoticz to 2051.1 on Windows 11. When finished to install the configuration not loaded...
Where domoticz save the config? the install overwirte all? there is a way to found the configuration?

If I set
"Topic In Prefix:" to "casa"
domoticz do not receive the messages sended to casa/salotto
but if i add the "/+" the message will received.

"Topic In Prefix:" to "casa/+"
and
"Topic Out Prefix:" to "casa" ?
