I tested the camera with
SOAPUI:Method = POST
Endpoint = http://x.x.x.x:8099
Resource = /onvif/device_service
The Device reboots when requesting WSDL, instead of giving information back.
Seems not to be fully ONVIF capable.
Tried to contact the vendor, but they didn't want to ...
