I really consider it an annoying bug that adding a device completely rearranges the order of one's devices.
A fix would be greatly appreciated.
Edited to add: adding a switch not just messes up the order of my switches, it also messes up Weather, Temperature and Utility.
So quadruple annoying.

Re: Switch not showing in "All"
And why are all my devices rearranged in all tabs after adding a new switch?
Now I have to put all devices back in the order in which I had them (for instance temperature sensors from ground floor to ceiling).

Re: Switch not showing in "All"
This is a random, unpredictable process. Yesterday I added three KaKu switches through the "Learn Light/Switch" button. All three were recognised. Only the first immediately showed up in the switches page. The other two had to be added through the User / Set devices function. (After much head ...

Re: Python Script or plugin for Xiaomi Mi Temp and Humidity Sensor
The script no longer works.
I get 401 errors, despite having allowed basic-auth and having the proper IP-ranges as trusted networks.
Anyone else experiencing this and more importantly, having it fixed?

Re: Python plugin: WiZ Connected
On Github I got the suggestion to try sudo apt-get install python3-scapy' That did the job for me although I had to install it a couple of time even with --fix-missing I noticed this will try to pull in an enormous amount of dependencies: sudo apt install python3-scapy Building dependency tree 0 ...

Re: How to use WiZ lights with Domoticz
Thanks for this! Is just found one of these lights 50% discounted for €7, so decided to pick it up. Used the app to connect it to wifi. Decided not to use the plugin, it depends on python3-scapy which wants to pull in 193 additional packages and take up 866 MB of disk space. Instead I perused the s ...

Re: Python plugin: Xiaomi Mi Flower Mate
I got the plugin working initially. (After replacing my +10 year old BT dongle from the old stuff drawer that probably never has heard about Bluetooth LE with a modern one) Encouraged by this success, I got to work on my Xiaomi temperature and humidity sensors (with the custom ATC firmware). Got ...

Re: Python Script or plugin for Xiaomi Mi Temp and Humidity Sensor
Perhaps easier to use a Python plugin like https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=22281 That's for the Flower Mate, I don't think it works for these devices. I also own a Flower Mate and the scripts works for it, but does not pick up my three Xiaomi Temperature and Humidity Sensors ...

Re: Watermeter in Domoticz
Well, even the new multi-amp Anker power supply resulted in erratic readings.
So I bought the power supply the seller recommends and it is working properly now.
I don't see erratic readings because of the wheel stopping in a wrong position.

Re: Watermeter in Domoticz
I just received my new supply. Tested it and even at 2,4 A it stays above 5 Volts. The watermeter has only been fed by it for two hours, but so far no erratic readings. Will report back if it occurs again. Check that your sensor is placed right and not influenced by electrical noise from other ...

Re: Watermeter in Domoticz
How is your power supply? I was informed by the maker that it is critical to have a power supply that delivers 5 V. I thought I'd be good, since it's on a 6 port, 60W Anker supply that should be good for max 2,4A per port. However it cuts off above 1A and dips to 3,85V at 500 mA. The watermeter gets ...

Re: Watermeter in Domoticz
Same problem here. When I just got it, sometimes hundreds of liters too much. Then it settled down and seemed to provide sensible readings.
Now since a week or so it gives readings of tens of thousands of liters per hour.
