I am also having problems running domoticz under Raspbian Buster. After installation & all the automatic system upgrades, the Domoticz web page loads fine, everything looks ok, & I can install hardware (a RFX433), but when clicking Devices, nothing happens, it just says "Loading..." forever....and ...
