the log is from otmonitor.exe running on windows machine, but connected to raspberry ip, port 1001, which I set up in ser2net config.
i thought that if domoticz is running on raspberry and reading info from otgw via usb sucesfully, I can forward same information to port 1001 and read via otmonitor ...

thank you for answer, but I'm not using WIFI/LAN version of OTGW.
my OTGW is connected to raspberry USB port.
i tried to install ser2lan and configure it by adding this line to ser2net.conf:
1001:raw:0:/dev/ttyUSB0:9600 8DATABITS NONE 1STOPBIT banner
and then sucesfuly connected to OTGW with ...

I have OTGW USB version connected to raspberry pi running domoticz and everything works very well.
from time to time I would like to connect to OTGW using otmonitor.exe in windows, but I don't know what to do on raspi side to enable this activity.
