OK, found a solution.

The Windows server is a 64 bit version. I think Domotics is a 32 bit program. I had Microsoft Visual C++ installed in a 64 bit version, after installing the 32 bit version Domoticz is running fine (as a service).

Thanks, don't know why, but I even didn't thought about using a timer. It's quite simple that way.
