Re: Zigbee2MQTT and Domoticz on Windows

Yes. You can add z-wave and Zigbee, etc. etc. You can control it all using Domoticz. Are you sure? The zigbee2mqtt install instructions is on linux based. How to install zigbee2mqtt on Windows? Do you have an installation manual? That the different protocols Works together, that we know. But the ...

I am new to Zigbee. At the moment I am using a RFLInk with my Domoticz running on Windows 10.
Can I use the Zigbee2MQTT project when I use Windows 10 as my OS for Domoticz?

Best regards,
Gert

Z-Wave to MQTT?

I am looking for a method to publish my z-wave to MQTT on my Domoticz installation, so I can connect other devices to read it.

Has anyone done this before?

Re: Zigbee repeater

That device is not mentioned here as a supported device https://koenkk.github.io/zigbee2mqtt/information/supported_devices.html But as far as I know the Ikea bulbs work like routers too. Ah check. Did not know a router had to be a supported device also. I guess I'll stick to flashing a CC2531 or ...

Re: Zigbee repeater

You could flash a CC2531 or CC2530 with repeater firmware. Every device which is connected to Mains is mostly also a repeater. I have an Xiamo plug and a Osram Plug which both also function as a repeater. Ah ofcourse. Had not yet though about that, but that would indeed be a good idea. It's pretty ...

Zigbee repeater

Hi, Can anyone here tell me what a good Zigbee repeater is? I replaced my Xiaomi gateway with an USB stick and have paired all my Xiaomi sensors with it. However, I noticed that the range of the USB stick is not as good as the gateway, and therefor a lot of sensors will not update all the time. The ...

Hi guys, I have a CC2531 USB stick running using the https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee2mqtt guide. I have also installed the Domoticz plugin (https://github.com/stas-demydiuk/domoticz-zigbee2mqtt-plugin) installed. I have a total of 2 Xaomi doorsensor connected and 5 Xiaomi temp/hum/bar sensors ...

Re: Zigbee2MQTT firmware upgrade.

Hmmm, that sucks. I ordered the hardware to make a Zigbee stick to replace my Xiaomi hub. Hopefully it will work.

Can you not downgrade your stick to the previous version that was working?

Hmmm. Ok. Guess it’s not only my unit then. Sucks that it does not do what they advertise. Guess I have to look into some other lux sensors then.

Re: NEO COOLCAM NAS-PD01Z Z-wave PIR Motion Sensor Detector problems

@heggink Thanks for testing it too. My parameter 9 (Ambient illumination Lux Level Report) is set to 20. I run Domoticz version 4.9700 stable on a Raspberry Pi 3 with Raspbian. My z-wave devices are connection to an Aeotec Z‑Stick ‑ Gen 5. My Fibaro dimmer 2 works fine. Same for the Neo Power plugs. ...

Re: NEO COOLCAM NAS-PD01Z Z-wave PIR Motion Sensor Detector problems

I just (last friday) installed the same sensor. I had some problems like this at first as well. I solved them by doing a hardware reset (push the button for 10 secs) and then reinclude in the network. Now it seems to work fine. The only thing i noticed is that temperature is only reported if it was ...

Re: NEO COOLCAM NAS-PD01Z Z-wave PIR Motion Sensor Detector problems

Weird: 2 out of 3 have a different parameter 9. Only 1 has devices it as lux level change but this is the one that works the best... Reduced it from 100 to 20. Maybe exclude and reinclude... Excluded and included many times already. Lux value is set at registration and then does not update anymore.

Re: NEO COOLCAM NAS-PD01Z Z-wave PIR Motion Sensor Detector problems

Ok. Well they advertise with it. Even on the box it says they measure light. Guess they really don’t or that it’s not stable. Sucks, as I really wanted them to measure light too.
