I’d be glad to learn what were your reasons to choose General/Alert/Contact types for all sensors (`zones`) of Integra?
I did a quick hack to your code to have the sensors being read as switches (Light/Switch, AC, Contact) - that is pTypeGeneralSwitch instead of pTypeGeneral and SubType ...

Feature suggestions:
(1) Allow the same timer to be present in multiple timer plans
(2) Create a mechanism to detect timer plan changes in scripts
(3) Possibly list associated timers in: Setup->More options->Plans->Timerplan

Timer plans should be related to timers much like rooms ...
