desperately searching for details on a "special" RS232 converter cable made by Kamstrup for their Multical Meters (MC 66 all the way through 601, 602, 603, and possibly also suitable for 40x meters). The cable's product number is 66-99-106 with female D-sub 9 pin, or -105 with male.
