Re: Domoticz app 2.0
Is there any way to make the app work again with the previous version of Domoticz? I've been trying for days to get the latest build working again but it seems impossible... Every night the whole system seems to crash and all I can do is reboot the system. After that I need to go trhough a lot of ...

Re: Domoticz app 2.0
The app isnt working anymore here.... It keeps giving a server error, suggesting to check your settings.
I downloaded the latest beta: same issue. My Domoticz isn't the lastest and greatest. I tried that the other day and gave huge issues so I rolled that back... Could this be the cause?

Re: Wiki page dissapeared
Sorry bout the crosspost.
Unfortunately I don't have a local copy of that page. Besides, some other people also contributed to it. And it wasn't yet cached... so it's gone
That is a real shame. Maybe I'll try to write it again sometime, when I find time for it...

Wiki page dissapeared
I created a new wiki page two weeks ago: https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/SendNotification That info was missing on the wiki and it took me a long time to find out how to use SendNotification. So I put some time and effort in creating a wiki entry about the things I had learned to help the community ...

Re: Notification (using PushOver)
Ha! I just found somewhere else on the wiki another implementation of the notification which does work! On the events page it's said it works like this: commandArray['SendNotification']='subject#body#extraData#priority#sound#subsystem Somewhere else it's mentioned like this: commandArray ...

Re: Notification (using PushOver)
Why? (and why isn't there any documentation on this functionality! :/ Did you try this ? Domoticz is an open source project. This means that code, support and documentation are created and maintained by people for free in their spare time. That is also true for all information in the many wiki ...

Re: Notification (using PushOver)
ANother issue I now find when testing. I have the following command commandArray['SendNotification']='Voordeur#De voordeur is geopend##2##' I expected this to be emergency priority (and thus showing red in the app and playing sound even though the sound on the phone is dimmed (which I've set in the ...

Notification (using PushOver)
I have been Googling for a long time, and I see everyone writing about it very casually. So I suppose it's something really easy... But I just can't fgure it out... In Domoticz settings I've set up Pushover notifactions using API-key and password. When I press the test button it works fine! It also ...

Re: [N00b question] How to add Switches
Yes. The dashboard itself works. But I can't add anything to it except the few deafult things. Can't find anywhere how things work?

[N00b question] How to add Switches
I feel really stupid... But I really don't get how to add anything to my dashboard?? I tried this blocks[13] = {} //dimmer blocks[13]['width'] = 12; blocks[13]['title'] = 'Living room' Hoped it would add the light switch with IDX 13.... But nothing happens! I have been browsing the Wiki and stuff ...

Aqara Human Body Sensor
I have already added a number of Human Body sensors to my Domoticz set-up. However, I just received a newly ordered sensor and discovered it to be a new model which includes a light sensor as well. Pretty sweet!! However, Domoticz doesn't see it.... :( (used this, which worked perfectly for the ...

Timer scripts don't work if no devices change
I'm having an issue. It seems Domoticz only runs scripts when something changes somewhere. This means LUA scripts with timer functions don't work! I created a LUA script that gives an alarm if a door remains open for more then a minute. The script itself works fine! However - the alarm doesn't sound ...

Set up a public address for Domoticz
I'm pretty sure this is a n00b question... But have been Googling for quite some time and I can't seem to find out where to even start! I need my Domoticz installation to be public (for use in IFTTT). How do I do this?? I have installed Domoticz on a Raspberry Pi 2 (Linux). Is there a manual ...
