Re: ELV Max! Heating control system
Thanks Oasisnl.
I'd like to avoid any 'home made' solution for the boiler control and use something off the shelf (mainly for reliability and safety).
I found a horstmann controls iqe cp318 Z-Wave timeswitch which looked like it would fit my needs, but a bit of googling suggests that Domoticz isn ...

Re: ELV Max! Heating control system
Thanks both - seems I may have been too eager ordering the MAX! boiler control as it doesn't look like I'll be able to include it in Domoticz.
I'd like to get the boiler control within Domoticz, so that I can remotely switch on / use Alexa to control heating.

Re: ELV Max! Heating control system
Anyone know if this; https://www.box.co.uk/EQ-3-Max!-Boiler-Control-Actuator-2-chan_2017863.html#DetailTop is supported within Domoticz via the scripts / some python library?
I have one, but not yet cabled it.. my plan is to use Domoticz to work the boiler actuator and manage the setpoints, so that ...

Re: Python Plugin: Smart Virtual Thermostat
Thanks Logread.
I've found that I can set a temperature compensation value in the Max! Software.
So I will tweak the domoticz max scripts to supply my real room temperature readings and tweak until the actual room temp is accurate.

Re: Python Plugin: Smart Virtual Thermostat
I have a question regarding this plugin (not had time to test it yet, so apologies if this is a stupid question!).
I've got the ELV MAX! Smart Radiator valves, which control the radiator valve position based on the desired vs detected room temperature.

Thanks Rob, I will manually enable it for now and see how it performs
Are there any plans to re-add a new version at any point?

Re: Dashticz - Function - RGB-support
Is the RGB selector still absent in Dashticz? - I've had a look through the github commits and can't see anything relevant, but wanted to check..
I will be rebuilding my dashboard later, so interested to know if this is working yet!

Re: Easy Domoticz to Alexa Integration
Ah OK, well thanks for the info.. Hopefully they will release for UK soon, as it will make things much slicker.
I don't really get why they do the whole feature release thing in US months before anywhere else..

Re: Easy Domoticz to Alexa Integration
That feature does not work outside of the US just yet.
Oh right - that's pretty lame.. I have a UK amazon account and the Alexa app even states "try saying: dim the lights on your living room echo, to only dim the living room"
Where have you seen its US only? - I'd like to check if there is an ...

Re: Easy Domoticz to Alexa Integration
they seem to work fine from the app - added in a scene and a couple of switches to a group called 'Test' - then added one of my Echos, and could say 'Alexa Test on' and it turned everything in the group on
Thanks - I get that bit working ok, so I can create a group called 'bedroom', added all ...

Re: Easy Domoticz to Alexa Integration
I'm game... I'll ping you my email in a PM.
Also, I was reading yesterday about 'Groups' in the Alexa app, it seems you can place an echo and a number of devices into a group, which according to the burlb (I think) should allow things like 'Alexa, turn on the light' - which will act on the device ...

Re: Mi-Light / LimitlessLED / Applamp
Can anyone tell me if a full list of the 256 available colour coded for v4/v5 lamps exists anywhere?
I'm working on a solution for integrating a generic led type, but need to know the actual colours and corresponding codes for the milight/limitledsled bulbs.

Re: Xiaomi Smart Home Suite (very cheap) compatibilty?
Does anyone know how I can connect the Xiaomi gateway to my new router (with new SSID) without resetting and having to add all sensors again?
I've found this :
You will not lose anything. Reset is not full reset. It keeps the devices and the configuration
Can anyone confirm ?
Indeed ...

Re: Dashticz - Bug report
I have a graph on my dashticz page for energy usage.
The graph has automatically added several buttons for "Last Hours" "Today" and "Last Month".
I'd like to permanently display "Today" but if I click this button it only displays for a couple of minutes then goes back to last hours.
