I have same issue .. I can see code (Lighting 4) in RFXmgr also Domoticz, but I can not control the socket (Unitec 48111- device PT2262).
I think is problem with RFXcom (fw 1009), because with rpi-rf 0.9.6(https://pypi.python.org/pypi/rpi-rf) I can read and control the socket.
