I recently purchased one of these too (HomeSeer HS-WS100+ wall switch). gizmocuz's comments in https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave/pull/1125 (see June 28 and Nov 9) suggested to me that the double- & triple-tap functionality should now be working in Domoticz.
