Re: Android app
Hello Sebas, I use your dromotica app for a long time. I want to tell you some things I experience. Not very important. 1. I have solar panels, when the sun shines, I use less energy then is generated, energy feeds back to the grid. In Domoticz webinterface I see a negative value on the P1 energy ...

Re: [120] opentherm gateway
I was looking at a log-window which shows the serial data going back and forth between domoticz and the OTGW, that is how i concluded that domoticz doesn't sent TT command the first time i change the Room Setpoint in the webinterface... However i must admit that i was only actually seeing the data ...

Re: [120] opentherm gateway
I noticed another little something: Changing the Room SetPoint always has to be done twice in a row to make domoticz send TT:<new value> to the OTGW only in the second try. Also it takes about 2.5 minutes for the thermostat to actually change the setpoint value in its display to the new value. I ...

Re: [120] opentherm gateway
I like the new implementations of the OTGW switches. I rather have them under Utility, but this is okay for now. And I would like to combine the graphs of various states. For example flame-state, CH_active and DHW_active. But another thing, I can change the thermostat setpoint by hand, but when I ...

Re: opentherm gateway
i am thinking about trading my isense for a honnywell I can imagine that... Most of the bugs are already solved by the new firmware in the OTGW. The firmware is specially adapted for the iSense. Before that the windows client couldn't also change the settings in a reliable way. I am running beta ...

Re: opentherm gateway
I like the new options for the OTGW. I am surprised to see that the outside temperature from the sensor chosen to be the outside temperature of the OTGW, is displayed on my thermostat now. And the thermostat is even using that temperature for tuning the boiler. I have a buggy iSense and domoticz ...

Re: opentherm gateway
@macaidwin, Wait until i am finished with it ;) The outside temperature can also be set, and we are going to use a normal temp sensor for this ;) Unfortunately it will take 2 - 3 weeks before i can finally connect my opentherm gateway. (renovation) I guess you have connected it with the USB/Serial ...

http://i.imgur.com/lBjh8zb.png Some values are still 0,00 , but that is the same with opentherm monitor on windows PC. My Thermostat/Boiler doesn't support the values. OpenthermMonitor: http://i.imgur.com/4wJp7CK.png Nice start, Gizmo I would prefer to have the output from the OTGateway on the ...

Re: opentherm gateway
I ordered an usb hub, so that I can connect the gateway to my raspberry. I have already P1 meter and rfxcom connected to usb. Then I can share the rpi with you. (later this week,I hope) I have a Remeha Tzerra and a (buggy) iSense thermostat. Running beta firmware 4.0a11.hex in the gateway. I ...

Re: home ventilation system
Very impressive ! I'm not that good with electronics schematics: could you explain if it would be possible to just override the perilex switch and use a Kaku switch near the ventilation-unit (Storck), the perilex has levels 1,2,3. I[/quote] Perilex is not a switch, it is a connector. How is your ...

Re: Events system feedback thread
It's okay, I get your point to switch events on and of using another event.
I am not a programmer, but I think it is not easy to programm this. So that's why I tried to help with other ideas.

Re: Events system feedback thread
You can use a 'fake' lightswitch for this. This switch tells the event if it should check the rainfall or not. Event A: If rain > 1mm AND window = open AND lightswitch=ON then send mail AND switch lightswitch=OFF Event B: If rain < 1mm OR window = closed then lightswitch=OFF Something like that ...

[120] opentherm gateway
It has already been mentioned in the old forum, but I would like to re-suggest it. It would be nice if the http://www.opentherm-gateway.com would be implemented, to read data from boiler and thermostat. I have one of these gateways connected to a windows computer, using USB. But it would be nice to ...

home ventilation system
This is my working Blocky Event for my home ventilation system, level 1, 2, 3 and off. Level 1 is dependent on bathroom or living room humidity. Level 2 and 3 is dependent on bathroom humidity only. Off only is only used when bathroom and living room humidity are below a set value. I did not want ...

Re: Events system feedback thread
Now I am testing more complex statements. Good job! Many Thanks! Do you have any idea how to check if energy meter is on Usage_1 or Usage_2 ? I have tested some more complex statements, like: http://i.imgur.com/da9QkKS.png And these are all working. These are just looking complex, but are just to ...

Re: Events system feedback thread
In 855 I hopefully managed to interpret all variations of if statements... was a bitch to get right, so would be happy if all is ok now. Also implemented "Set Level X" block. My x10 dimmer does not seem to respond, please test with other devices. Keep in mind: - Set Level does not work in the ...

Re: Events system feedback thread
I am on version 1.851 now and still trying to get no repeating notifications when switching depending on temperature or humidity. A simple test: http://i.imgur.com/AwG0RVE.png Although is the switch already 'on' the notifications and switch commands are repeated every <minute or so. |='on' gives the ...
